What You Will Be Doing:

As part of our data team, you will:

• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, define KPIs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain ETL processes to collect, transform and load data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Build intuitive and impactful dashboards and visualizations to communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis and statistical modelling to uncover trends, insights and opportunities for business improvement.
• Support development of machine learning models and advanced analytics.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across analytics pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience , preferably in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Strong experience with ETL processes , data transformation and pipeline automation.
• Solid foundation in data analysis and statistical methods .
• Excellent skills in data visualization and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Proficiency in Python and foundational SQL.
• Ability to explain analytical insights clearly to business stakeholders and adapt analyses to business needs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with KNIME or other data science automation platforms.
• Exposure to Machine Learning workflows.
• Strong consulting and customer-interaction experience.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Italian and/or French and/or Spanish language
