Having delivered over 100 successful Elite Data Engineering initiatives, we have used this experience to create Witboost: a modular, technology-agnostic platform that enables modern organisations to discover, value and produce their data in both traditional environments and fully compliant Data Mesh architectures.
With a highly skilled team of over 260 data engineers based in Europe, Agile Lab helps organisations with their data-driven transformation.
We are looking to recruit a talented Data Engineer III to join our team.To be successful as a Data Engineer you should have excellent problem solving skills.
Mentors junior engineers via pairing, design, and code review;
Builds software solutions by adhering to our quality standards about SDLC ;
Proactively Identifies problems with requirements and project plan.
️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
Previous experience as a Data Engineer (3-5 years);
In-depth knowledge of programming languages including Java;
Expert in cloud-native technologies, IaC, and Docker tools;
Excellent project management skills;
Ability to solve complex networking, data, and software issues;
Full remote or hybrid working in our offices: Flexible working hours so no time tracking, no badge: we trust people to manage their time and focus on outcomes
• Agile Nomads Experience : opportunity to work for 2 weeks abroad
Training budget: €1,000 per year and 12 hours per month fully dedicated to your learning and growth
• Opportunity to attend international conferences, with additional support for travel and accommodation
• Buddy support during your first week to help you get started
• A dedicated coach supporting your growth through regular 1:1s, focused on helping you choose the experiences that best match your ambitions
5 sessions fully covered by the company, with the option to continue therapy at a reduced rate, & mental health webinars with Unobravo
