Our company is seeking a Data Entry Specialist belonging to protected categories (L.68/99), based in Milan.
The role will support the team, ensuring accurate and timely data entry of product information within internal systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain product master data within SAP
- Support sales campaign timelines through accurate data management
- Ensure consistency across product categories and internal standards
- Collect, verify, and update product information and descriptive content
- Perform quality checks between product descriptions and related images
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Ideal profile:
- University degree
- Previous experience in data entry or campaign sales support rules
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities
- Flexible and collaborative attitude
- Interest and sensibility towards luxury and fashion products
- Fluent in English
