Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a Data Entry.
Under the guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.
Activities:
- Pick up costumer incoming calls
- Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
- Data entry within a business management system
- Back office
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written
- Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred
- The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
- Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
- SAP knowledge may be advantageous
The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
