We are currently looking for an experienced Data Core Operations Engineer (L2/L3) to join a high-performance telecommunications environment supporting advanced 4G and 5G core network infrastructures .

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multi-vendor ecosystem (Ericsson and Nokia) , contributing to mission-critical operations that ensure service continuity, optimal network performance, and high-quality user experience.

Role Details

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for Data Core Network nodes
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and fault analysis on live network systems
• Manage operational workflows including:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Analyze call flows to identify and resolve root causes of issues
• Collaborate closely with:
• Engineering teams
• Vendors (Ericsson, Nokia)
• Third-level support teams
• Execute scheduled network activities such as upgrades, patching, and integrations
• Produce clear technical documentation and operational reports
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives across the network

Technical Requirements

Ericsson Core Network Expertise

• Strong knowledge of: MME, P-GW, S-GW, DNS
• Good understanding of EPC, 5G Core architecture, and NF integration

Nokia Core Network Experience

• Hands-on experience with CMG and PCRF

Protocols and Networking

• Strong expertise in Diameter and SIP
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Experience with core signaling and call flow analysis (EPC / IMS / 5GC)

Systems and Platforms

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in distributed systems

Nice to Have

• Exposure to OpenShift, Red Hat environments, or cloud-native architectures
