We’re looking for a Data Center Logistics Specialist to support and enhance our operations. You will manage inventory, coordinate supply chains, and ensure efficient workflows so the Data Center logistics team runs smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee logistics operations and parts movements across all Data Center facilities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory and coordinate parts check‑outs for internal customers.
  • Arrange, schedule, and support shipments across sites and other locations.
  • Unpack boxes, verify contents, and maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Work closely with inventory and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment following proper safety protocols and procedures.
  • Provide hands‑on logistics support, including physical handling of materials and equipment as needed.
  • Travel occasionally across the cluster to support other sites and lift materials up to 18 kg.

Basic Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data center logistics operations (warehouse, inventory management).
  • Experience with logistics KPIs (e.g., on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, cycle time).
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to track performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in warehouse environments.
  • Experience coordinating shipments and managing vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data center logistics operations (warehouse, inventory management).
