• Hyperconverged Appliances: HPE SimpliVity, HPE Nutanix, DELL VxRail
• Hypervisors: VMWARE, Hyper-V and Azure HyperStack for future projects
• Server Windows: (2012 R2, 2016, 2019)
• Server Linux: RedHat (4.0, 5.0, 5.1, 6.7)
• Database: MS SQL, MySQL
• NAS: Synology & QNAP
• DataStore: HP Storeonce, HP StoreEasy
• Veeam Backup system
• Firewall: Fortigate
• WLC: Cisco (Fortinet under evaluation)
• Access Point: Cisco (Fortinet under evaluation)
• Switch: Cisco, HP (Fortinet under evaluation

Work description:

• collect business requests, prepare ticket
• coordinate activity between outsourcer and HW suppliers
• monitor the delivery and the service level of the outsourcer
• attend P0/P1 war rooms and evaluate RCAs
• guarantee the quality of the asset management
• act as interface between outsourcer and end users support
