IconConsulting, leader in data‑driven transformation, is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to drive data‑centric solutions across private and public clients. The role centers on developing and implementing Data Platforms, advanced Data Science, and Business Intelligence initiatives from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and deployment of on‑premise and multi‑cloud Data Platforms and advanced Data Science solutions.
• Define project scope, deliverables, staffing, and governance for client engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal processes and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• 6–8 years in similar roles, consulting experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Platform and Data Science architectures.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.
• Professional proficiency in English.
