Join the dynamic Pricing and Product Development team supporting the Mid Corporate Department on data management, process automation and on providing the instruments to monitor and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements for IT and DWH implementation regarding database structure
- Data preparation and data quality activities to support pricing and reporting
- Automation of data extraction, analysis and reporting
- Identify solutions for streamlining operations and reduce manual workload
- Interact with other corporate functions on business needs
- Collaboration with AZ group on dedicated dataflow projects and exchanges
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or equivalent
- Experience (e.g. 2-3 years) preferably in Insurance/Consulting Firm with focus on Data Analytics
- Good knowledge of Power BI, SQL or SAS, Datalake
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytics, problem-solving and communication skills
- Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style
- Ability to interact with different stakeholders in a global work environment
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
