Data Analyst

TNP is looking for junior profiles with 1–2 years of experience to join our teams of consultants and contribute to data-driven projects across several sectors (fashion, automotive, banking, insurance…).

You will work on analytics and data science initiatives applied to consulting , supporting clients with quantitative analyses, models, and data visualizations, while further developing your consulting and project management skills.

In addition, you will participate in the business development of the first TNP office in Italy, supporting its growth on the market.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Consulting mission

As a Junior Data Scientist / Data Analyst, you will be part of consulting teams and actively contribute to clients’ missions with a strong data & analytics focus :

• Collecting, cleaning and structuring datasets from multiple sources
• Writing Python scripts and SQL queries to extract, transform and analyze data
• Developing analytical models (descriptive, diagnostic and basic predictive models)
• Creating dashboards and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Translating analytical outputs into clear insights and recommendations
• Supporting the preparation of client deliverables and project committees

Business Development

Support in the preparation of sector and client analyses, benchmarking, data-driven market studies and evaluation of external partnerships.

Communication & Marketing

Contribution to brand awareness initiatives (social media, content creation, events), with a data-oriented and analytical mindset.

WHO YOU ARE

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, analytics, consulting or similar roles
• Solid knowledge of Python (e.g. pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn, scikit-learn)
• Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) and other data-related technologies is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactivity, curiosity and ability to work with increasing autonomy
• Italian and English are mandatory; a third language is a plus
• Passion for consulting and data-driven decision making
