Data Analyst Intern

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Project Management & Strategic Planning function, supporting project portfolio monitoring and reporting activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a motivated student or recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset, interested in project and program management dynamics, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a structured, data‑driven environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the reporting manager in monitoring and analyzing the project portfolio, providing structured data on resources, budgets, variances and project progress.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data related to workload, resource allocation and costs.
• Support the preparation of analytical reports to enable project portfolio prioritization and management decision‑making.
• Participate in governance meetings with Project Managers, Program Managers and Functional Managers, supporting data preparation and follow‑up activities.
• Support the definition and continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, templates and best practices.
• Contribute to the dissemination of project management culture and support training activities on existing PM procedures.
• Monitor project progress against objectives and pipeline, supporting the identification of risks and critical issues.
• Support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards for management.
