Data Analyst- Analytics Project Leader

CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specializing in informational solutions, decision models, outsourcing, software, and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities, and telecommunications companies, is seeking a Data Analyst Analytics- Project Leader.

The resource will join the Global AI Data Products team, the centre of innvoation and excellence, and will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions supporting core products and business processes. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business, IT) and international stakeholders, covering the full AI solution lifecycle: from requirement definition and model development to production deployment and performance monitoring.

Profile:

• PhD or Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Science / AI Engineer / AI fields
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI methodologies, standards, and best practices
• Contribute to the development and evolution of AI Data Products (Machine Learning and Generative AI) at a global level
• Support the definition of functional and technical requirements for AI solutions
• Support experimentation activities, Proofs of Concept, and industrialization of AI solutions

• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to integrate models into existing systems
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into data-driven solutions

Hard Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with ML/DL libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or equivalent)
• Experience with synthetic data generation approaches for the evaluation of AI Systems
• Experience with prompt engineering techniques for LLMs and other generative models
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, …) and integration with AI systems, for example RAG
• Experience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of DEVOps / MLOps and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with instrument of version control (es. Git) and base knowledge of container software (Docker)
• Ability to support integration of AI models into production pipelines

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI security and safety risks, and effective mitigation strategies
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training stages (e.g. SFT, RL, distillation) and evaluation methods
• Use of notebooks and collaborative environments (e.g. Databricks or similar platforms)

The Annual Salary for this position starts from € 28.000 gross per year.

The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.

The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role requirements.
