The Role
As a Data Management professional at Kyndryl, you'll create innovative solutions that bring data to life. Your responsibilities include building proof-of-concept models, architecting data systems tailored to client needs, and working hands-on with various technologies. You will manage and optimize key database systems like Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based technologies, ensuring high performance, security, and integrity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated with industry trends are also key parts of your role.

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in database and application administration, with proficiency in Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud databases
• Knowledge of database concepts, architecture, and best practices
• Experience in database tuning, optimization, and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with cloud database services like AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL, and Data Warehouse, Data Lake technologies

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience with Cloudera, Teradata platforms
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams in dynamic environments
