Data & Ai Architect Manager

Overview

Adecco Italia SpA - divisione Consulting, part of a worldwide leading industrial group, is seeking a Data & AI Architect Manager for its Group CIO leadership.

The role will be stationed at our modern technology hub in Castellammare di Stabia (NA), within the Applications & Software Operations department.

Responsibilities

• Define and design the enterprise data architecture, selecting appropriate paradigms such as data lakehouse, data mesh, and event‑driven architectures.
• Guide the design and implementation of the corporate data platform on cloud, ensuring performance, horizontal scalability and operational resilience.
• Establish standards, guidelines and best practices for data management and integration.
• Design conceptual, logical and physical data models to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design ingestion, transformation and orchestration pipelines.
• Support the implementation of data governance, data quality and metadata management solutions.
• Ensure data security, compliance and access management.
• Translate business analytics requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
• Support advanced analytics, machine learning and AI initiatives.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to improve the enterprise data platform.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other STEM disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data platform, data governance and data architecture.
• Cloud or data certifications (AWS Solution Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer).
• Knowledge of modern data architectures: data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse.
• Experience with data integration technologies and pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Strong knowledge of data modelling: star schema, data vault, dimensional models.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with data governance, cataloguing and data quality tools.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
• Technical leadership and mentoring for junior data/engineering teams.
• Leadership, active listening, empathy, strategic vision and structured problem‑solving methodology.

Benefits and Contract Details

Contratto Indeterminato. Posizione a tempo pieno (8-7:30), con flessibilità di 1 hour giornaliera recuperabile. Smart Working 40% (2 days a week).

Inquadramento: Quadro; MBO: 15-18%; Sistema Banca Recupero Ore.
