Randstad Italia is seeking a D2C Logistics Operations Specialist for a leading multinational in the consumer electronics industry (Mobile Experience sector) based in Milan .
The Role
You will oversee D2C logistics operations, monitoring 3PL providers daily to ensure business targets and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Manage daily data flows between TMS/WMS to ensure seamless order processing.
- Ticketing & Support: Handle daily customer service claims and coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) for resolution.
- Reporting: Analyze order portfolios and partner performance using advanced Excel.
- Partner Management: Participate in weekly/monthly business reviews (MBR) to identify improvements.
- Operations & Projects: Support peak season/product launches and contribute to new business development projects.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles, with a focus on Customer Care.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint, and Word.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Italian.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and strong communication skills for vendor negotiation.
Offer & Contract
- Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract with the explicit goal of permanent stabilization.
- Salary: €30,000 – €34,000 (commensurate with experience).
