Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Area we are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to follow our KSA projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams in matrix organizations, with staff present in KSA but also in Italy.
- Planning and monitoring of time, costs, deliverables and project risks.
- Supervision and coordination of all project activities with preparation of progress reports and contract management.
- Responsibility for the economic‑financial result (turnover, revenues, costs, margin, collections) compared to the initially planned baseline; monitoring and management of variances and related mitigation actions.
- Customer focus, customer intimacy and customer satisfaction.
- Structured reporting, towards the Line of Business project management, with reference to ongoing activities, economic data and the general progress of the project.
- Support in the bidding phase for tenders and complex pre‑sales activities in the reference area.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree with technical/engineering background.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing complex global security projects for critical infrastructures.
Technical skills
- In-depth knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems/platforms and industrial automation.
- Experience in the management of mission‑critical communication networks (e.g. Tetra, MCX, LTE/5G, FRMCS...).
- Knowledge of physical security systems: CCTV, Video Management System, Public Announcement, Public Information.
- Knowledge of industrial cyber security best practices and related standards.
- Knowledge and ability to manage overall contracts according to international standards (e.g. FIDIC or similar).
- Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera or similar) and monitoring of the physical‑economic trend of the order (e.g. Earned Value KPI).
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
- Preferential elements are having worked on orders having General Contractors/EPCs for Clients and having gained experience in changing management on/with complex contractual structures.
- Knowledge of the Riyadh metro area is also a preferential element.
Language skills
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; Knowledge of Arabic may be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Italian is a preferred element.
Soft skills
- Excellent organizational, leadership and risk management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer orientation.
- Aptitude for working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
IT Skills
- Deep knowledge of cyber/physical security.
- Deep knowledge of ERP/SAP.
Other
- Availability for regular national and international trips.
- PMI/PMP, Prince2, Agile PM, or equivalent certifications are considered qualifying.
- Certifications in the field of safety (e.g. CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443 Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) represent a distinctive element.
