Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for a Crisis Manager , for our Rome Laurentina office. The resource, inserted within the Cyber Crisis Consultancy Organizational Unit, will deal with the following activities:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end management of cyber crises and serious incidents, ensuring the oversight of Incident Response activities and the involvement of internal and external stakeholders
• Support Clients in the operational and strategic management of security incidents, interacting with technical functions, top management and executive figures
• Draft technical and executive reports, summary documents and communications to stakeholders, competent authorities and media
• Ensure compliance with Italian and European regulations relating to the management of cyber incidents and personal data breaches (GDPR, NIS, ACN guidelines, etc.)
• Perform security assessments and define Remediation Plans and improvement of cyber security posture and resilience
• Support the guidance of cyber evolution programs and initiatives to strengthen organizational resilience, in IT, OT and Cloud contexts
• Support the Commercial function in understanding the needs expressed by Clients in the post-incident phase
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international Clients in complex and highly critical operational contexts

Education

STEM degree , preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or training courses focused on Cyber Security.

Seniority

Expert, at least 3 years of experience in similar activities required.

Technical/IT knowledge and skills

• Ability to manage IT incidents by adopting updated industry standards in environments with complex infrastructures and advanced knowledge of Incident Management concepts, in particular Incident Response, IT/OT systems, networks and risk management in the field of IT security
• Ability to draft technical and executive reports
• Ability to conduct technical assessments and design security plans, including support for the implementation of Remediation Plans
• Good knowledge of national and international standards on Cyber Security and Information Security, including NIST, ENISA, ISO27001, GDPR, NIS Directive, ACN Guidelines
• Good knowledge of Cloud and On-Premise domains with reference to the main technologies that make up a corporate security perimeter such as: WAF, PROXY, ANTISPAM, FIREWALL, IAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR
• Good knowledge of the main access models and architectural reference frameworks (IAM)
• Discrete knowledge of the main programming and scripting languages

Language skills

Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).

• Availability to work on call
• Possession of one or more valid professional certifications among the following will be a preferential title: GCIH, CEH, CISM, CISSP, GIAC
