One Identity is an award‑winning security software provider. We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our successful team in Rome, focusing on Central Government accounts including defence, military and police organizations.

What you'll be doing

• Owning and growing a public sector territory focused on Central Government in Italy
• Driving new business in a 100% channel‑led model
• Engaging senior stakeholders across defence, military, police and wider government bodies
• Building and closing a strong pipeline, leveraging an existing base of opportunities
• Working closely with partners to structure and land complex deals
• Positioning One Identity in a highly competitive cybersecurity market

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in enterprise software sales (ideally 7+ years)
• Strong exposure to Italian public sector, particularly Central Government
• Experience in defence / military accounts is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CONSIP and public sector procurement processes
• Background in security / IAM is a strong plus
• Hunter mindset with a clear track record of generating and closing new business
• Ability to operate effectively in a partner‑led ecosystem
