Cybersecurity Leadership Position

We are seeking a strategic leader to set the direction for incident response and offensive / defensive practices.

The successful candidate will oversee the Global Security Operations Center, manage penetration testing / vulnerability management teams, and define plans for hiring / training team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop strategic direction for incident response and offensive / defensive practices.
• Oversee the Global Security Operations Center.
• Manage penetration testing / vulnerability management teams.
• Define plans for hiring / training team members.
• Develop processes / playbooks to handle security events / incidents.
• Assess / prioritize security events, including dispatching to other groups.
• Oversee continuous improvement of rules / procedures.
• Develop integrate crisis management plans as needed.
• Design / executed periodic tabletop exercises to test incident response plans.

Areas of Scope :

• Security Event triaging : Confirm / investigate critical alerts leveraging HSI telemetry / threat intelligence sources.
• Threat Hunting : Proactively look for threats inside the organization based on indicators of attack / compromise.
• Vulnerability Management : Continually identify / assess / report on / manage remediate vulnerabilities across IT services.
• Penetration testing : Prepare / exhaustive risk-based penetration testing plan with team support to assess adherence of security controls to industry best practices.
• Offensive / Defensive technologies and standards : Identify solutions to deliver best-in-class security services with support from security architecture team.
