· Proven experience in early-stage customer engagement and retention, ideally in online services or digital consumer environments.· Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and support segmentation strategies.· Excellent executional skills, managing multichannel campaigns (email, push, SMS) with accuracy and attention to detail.· Hands-on experience with CRM operations and CRM platforms/tools to manage customer journeys, campaigns, and segmentation effectively.· iGaming sector knowledge, including understanding of customer behavior, trends, and best practices.· Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.· Supplemental Health Insurance.
