Customer Support Specialist

to assist customers, provide reliable solutions, and ensure a smooth experience throughout every interaction.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer questions through the available support channels

Provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance

Understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate solutions

Troubleshoot common issues and elevate more complex cases when necessary

Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service

Keep customer information and case details accurately documented

Follow established procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines

Contribute to a positive customer experience and a supportive team environment

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Italian native & B1+ English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to help

Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations

Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment

Ability to learn new tools, processes, and systems quickly

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but relevant transferable experience is also valued

Compensation For international candidates: €1,050 gross/month
