Your Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and act as a trusted advisor for our customers, answering their request for support and proactively engaging with them to ensure satisfaction and usage of the product.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, gathering insights to improve our processes, enhance the product, and drive customer retention.
What You’ll Bring
  • You have 0-1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, or similar).
  • You are familiar with sales and customer support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
  • You have a proactive mindset, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Bonus: You have a law degree (not mandatory but a plus).
  • You are fluent in Italian and English.
