Customer Support Representative - Spanish & English
Are you a Spanish-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Spanish / English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, e‑mail, chat and web form from end consumers and CATs retailers.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
- Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.
- Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.
Qualifications
- Spanish C1, English C1 (both languages at an advanced level are required).
- Customer‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
