Customer Support Representative - Spanish & English

Are you a Spanish-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Spanish / English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic multilingual environment supporting one of the world’s leading heavy equipment brands.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, e‑mail, chat and web form from end consumers and CATs retailers.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.
  • Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.

Qualifications

  • Spanish C1, English C1 (both languages at an advanced level are required).
  • Customer‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
