To support our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our members throughout their journey with Dr.Feel.

As Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, supporting service delivery, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience processes.



AS A CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST YOU WILL:

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with customers across multiple channels (chat, email, phone), ensuring a high-quality and timely response
  • Support customers in navigating the Dr.Feel service and platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Act as a point of reference for customers, handling requests, issues, and critical cases with empathy and problem-solving attitude
  • Coordinate with medical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and timely service delivery
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify areas of improvement
  • Contribute to the optimization of Customer Success processes and internal workflows
  • Track and report key Customer Success KPIs and recurring issues



YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Care, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of empathy and customer orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience in digital services, healthcare, or startups is a plus
  • Fluent Italian and good English
