The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our team in Rome. In this role, you won't just solve tickets; you will be a strategic partner for our clients, guiding them through their digital transformation.

You will ensure our partners across Spain and international markets get the most value out of Octorate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring optimal platform configuration.
• Provide expert assistance via chat, email, and phone, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets.
• Act as a consultant to help clients maximize direct bookings through Octorate.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest platform enhancements.
• Maintain and update help center documentation and internal knowledge bases in Spanish.
• Support training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1 minimum fluency in Spanish (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in Italian and English is also required.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the Hospitality sector (Hotels, Property Management, or Travel Tech/SaaS).
• Location & Flexibility: Availability to work in a hybrid setup, with a physical presence at our Rome office (Via Filippo Caruso, 23).
• Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Channel Managers, or Booking Engines is a significant plus.
