Now, we’re expanding our team in Milan and are looking for someone who brings ideas, drive, and the confidence to help us continue building something big together.

As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) , you represent Sovendus to our top‑selling e‑commerce partners in Italy .

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Customer Success and New Business colleagues in Italy and Germany
  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end support and development of your partners throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Analyze partner performance and independently implement optimization measures
  • Drive partner growth through upselling and cross‑selling
  • Prepare internal and external analyses and present them confidently at management level
  • Support the onboarding of new partners together with the New Business team
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, New Business, User Experience, and IT
  • Report directly to the Country Manager Italy

Your profile

  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales or account management, ideally within performance marketing, e‑commerce, or agency environments
  • Proactive, autonomous, and data‑driven mindset, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong affinity for numbers, with confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, even in challenging situations
  • Ability to create clear and actionable reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
  • You have excellent written and spoken Italian skills and a good command of English.
  • Based in Milan or the surrounding area, with availability to attend on‑site meetings once per week
