Our Cybersecurity Business Unit is growing fast, and we are looking for ambitious individuals ready to build new business opportunities and play a key role in shaping the future of Cybersecurity in Italy.

Your Role

As a Customer Success Specialist – Cybersecurity , you will drive business development in a strategic and rapidly expanding market. You will:

  • Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners in the Cybersecurity space.

  • Generate leads through a mix of marketing activities, outbound campaigns, digital prospecting tools, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to negotiation and successful onboarding.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to design and execute growth strategies.

  • Track performance, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs while taking full ownership of your targets.

  • Share insights, new ideas, and market feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market approach.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in B2B sales is considered a strong plus, ideally in IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments – but it is not mandatory .

  • Strong motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role within the IT and Cybersecurity space.

  • Commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive approach.

  • Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English – stronger skills in English are a plus.

  • A collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to achieve results.
