Your Role
As a Customer Success Specialist – DELL , you will drive business development in a strategic and rapidly expanding market. You will:
- Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners.
- Generate leads through a mix of marketing activities, outbound campaigns, digital prospecting tools, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to design and execute growth strategies.
- Track performance, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs while taking full ownership of your targets.
- Share insights, new ideas, and market feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market approach.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is considered a strong plus, ideally in IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments – but it is not mandatory.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role within the IT market.
- Commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English – stronger skills in English are a plus.
- A collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to achieve results.
