Job Overview:
InsuraTec is seeking a Remote Customer Success Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team. If you have a background in sales, account management, or customer service and are ready for a remote opportunity with uncapped earning potential , this is the perfect role for you.
We provide leads, training, and support—you bring the motivation and drive to succeed. No cold calling. No door-to-door. No MLM.
100% remote position – Work from home with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support
Guide clients through the sales process using a consultative approach
Present and promote insurance and financial service products
Maintain follow-up and client retention using our CRM tools
Collaborate with team leads and attend regular virtual training meetings
Qualifications:
Background in sales, customer service, or account management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Must be able to obtain a state insurance license (we provide training and assistance)
Compensation:
Commission-only with monthly bonus opportunities
Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
