Overview
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Customer Success Manager based in Madrid who wants to grow into a commercial role over time. This position starts in Customer Success, managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring they get the most value from our platform. Over time, the role will evolve towards account expansion and sales, helping grow revenue within our customer base. If you enjoy working with clients, identifying opportunities, and want to build a career in SaaS sales and account growth, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Ensure customers successfully adopt our platform and achieve measurable value
- Monitor customer usage data and health metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to improve the customer experience
- Support commercial conversations with existing clients (meetings, follow-ups, proposals)
- Help identify new opportunities and contribute to account growth strategies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client‑facing B2B roles
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data and customer metrics to drive decisions
- Business mindset and genuine interest in sales and revenue growth
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international startup environment
Languages (mandatory)
- Native Spanish
- Fluent English (daily working language with international clients and internal teams)
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Interest in AI and digital transformation
- Knowledge of content, marketing, or SEO
- Italian language (a plus)
