We are hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team, based in our office in Rome. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and success with our products/services. As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients, understand their needs, and maximize the value they receive.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong client relationships.
- Guide clients through their journey with our products/services.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant tools is a plus.
