Customer Success Manager
Location: Milan
We are on a mission to enable broadcasters, media, and gaming companies to deliver the best streaming video experience to their audiences. Our innovative solution provides live and on-demand video, integrating all phases of ingest, encoding, management, and distribution.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer satisfaction and retention within our video streaming business. You’ll work closely with Enterprise customers to understand their needs, ensure successful adoption of our solutions, and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Lead onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of video streaming solutions.
- Provide training and ongoing support to help customers maximize value.
- Manage contract renewals and identify upsell/expansion opportunities.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve issues and advocate for customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management with Enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of networking/internet protocols (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
- Experience in on-demand and live video streaming is a plus.
- Knowledge of CDN technologies is a bonus.
- Fluent in English and Italian (other languages a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
