What you'll do
- Manage hotel reservations through our Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager .
- Assist customers across multiple communication channels: email, phone, and WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth and positive booking experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Handle incoming calls (quotes, information requests, assistance) and convert them into direct bookings .
- Analyze workflows and tools used within the team and propose operational and AI-based solutions to speed up response times and increase resolution rates.
- Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our services and products.
