Customer success agronomist (consulting contract, 50% part-time)

Your tasks

Your main task will be to ensure maximum satisfaction for our clients and partners in Italy.

This includes the following aspects:

• Preparing, organizing, and delivering in-person and remote training sessions, primarily for agricultural experts
• Accompanying agricultural experts in the field to help them fully utilize our mobile application
• Answering customer questions, gathering user feedback, and notifying our development team of any bugs or usability issues (phone and email support)
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with our various clients and partners
• Managing access, updating our databases, and performing translations
• Monitoring the activity of the expert network and regularly checking data quality
• Participating in the collection of field observations

In addition, you will also be involved in:

• Actively participating in the improvement of our products and the development of new services
• Participating in international agriculture-related projects (risk management, climate change, carbon credits, etc.), including delivering training abroad based on your language skills
• Assisting us on various studies
• and research projects, depending on your aptitude for data management
• and processing, and statistics.

Your Profile

You have training or professional experience in the agricultural sector and are familiar with the field.

You are fluent in Italian (C2 level) and have excellent communication skills in this language and fluent in English (B1/B2). Proficiency in other languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German) is considered an asset.

You have 3+ years of professional experience in agricultural consulting, crop insurance loss adjustment, or AgTech customer success roles.

You are comfortable with new technologies (IT, mobile applications, satellite imagery, smart farming, etc.).

You hold a valid driver's license (EU or international).

You are a good communicator, diplomatic, and well-organized.

You can work independently.

This position requires frequent travel across Italy.
