To support this growth, we’re looking for a Customer Success Account with excellent English skills , a passion for technology, and a customer-centric mindset. You will join our dynamic team and play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

We are seeking someone who is analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage projects independently. Motivation, creativity, initiative, and critical thinking are essential.


What you will do

As a Customer Success Account at LetzFair, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients in managing the platform (note: this is not a development role, no coding skills are required). The role will involve working with numerous international clients from different countries, for whom English will be the main language of communication.
  • Managing the full client lifecycle , from onboarding to renewal, while building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Ensuring clear communication and timely responses to client requests and issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, especially product and development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize internal processes.
  • Creating and managing regular reports and analyses to support the sales team in developing and optimizing strategies.


What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in roles requiring strong digital hard and soft skills.
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Fluency in English , both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and manage professional relationships effectively.
  • Strong familiarity with digital platforms, SaaS tools, and emerging technologies (AI, apps, algorithms).
  • A plus : proficiency in Spanish, German, or another European language, and interest/experience in the events industry.

  • Compensation : Annual salary range €27,000 - €35,000, with individual OTE (on target earnings) and company performance bonuses.
