About the Opportunity
Join our client, a global leader in customer experience and sales solutions, as a Customer Success Account Manager focused on inbound sales. This role combines account management with consultative selling—working with warm leads and existing clients to drive growth and long-term value.
Location: Athens, Greece (On‑site)
Type: Full‑time | Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekend shifts)
Relocation Support: Available for those who have EU Citizenship or Residence Permit with Full Market Access
Languages: Spanish (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience involving client calls
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Results‑driven mindset with commercial awareness
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries from Spanish‑speaking clients
- Build strong client relationships and ensure long‑term success
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Guide clients through solutions and maximize product usage
- Achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets
