Position Summary
The Customer Solution Analyst (CSA) supports customer service activities, ordermanagementand reporting, contributing to the Order to Cash process and customer supply chain operations. The role provides end‑to‑end customer support throughout the order management process for Nestlé products, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) activities.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Solution Analyst
Order Management:
- Monitor customer stock levels and consumption
- Support VMI replenishment planning
- Create,checkand release sales orders in SAP
Operational Coordinationand Customer Support:
- Daily interface with Supply Chain,Salesand Customers
- Manage demand changes,exceptionsand order flow issues
- Manage customer requests and route issues appropriately
- Take corrective actions to protect service level
- Support reporting and performance monitoring activities

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following skills and experience:
- Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Good command of Excel and Power BI; proficiency in SAP is a nice-to-have
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret, synthesize and act quickly in a dynamic environment
- High level of initiative, proactivity, and adaptability
