Job Description
The person is part of the Sales Department, will play a key role in managing the sales process for customers in Italy and Europe, contributing to business development and ensuring a high level of service. The role involves constant interaction with customers and internal company departments to ensure proper order fulfillment and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Quote and Order Management:
- Entering and managing quotes and orders for standard catalog materials.
- Monitoring of quotes entered.
- Processing of orders.
- Managing and closing unfulfilled stock/order backlog.
- Entering and managing quotes and special custom orders.
- Monitoring of quotes.
- Processing of orders.
- Checking order confirmations and deliveries.
- Monitoring of stock and any critical issues.
- Logistics and Shipment Control:
- Monitoring the entire shipment flow, from dispatch to delivery to the end customer.
- Quality and Non-Conformity Management:
- Reporting and managing supply non-conformities, with follow-up activities until open cases are closed.
- Relations with Group Branches:
- Relationships with the Group's foreign branches for order collection and management.
- Customer Relations:
- Managing contact with foreign customers via email and telephone.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels.
- Gathering market and competitor information.
- Sales support activities, including analyzing and monitoring sales reports.
- Support for the external sales network.

Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles in the metalworking industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing custom products.
- Experience from companies that market products of Asian origin.
- Knowledge of technical drawing.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced use of email and main digital tools.

- A second language is preferred, preferably Spanish or French.
