For our office in Pero (MI), we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will join the Supply Chain/Export Customer Service Department .
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the Supply Chain customer interface (order-to-invoice and collaboration). Her/his aim is to maximize customer satisfaction, service level and collaboration, while minimizing total-cost-to-serve and inefficiencies.
Main activities:
- Proactively ensure order processing and follow up until the delivery resolving any difficulty in the process
- Communicate with sales and production to clarify any misunderstanding in order processing
- Proactively communicate with customers in order to understand sales trend and anticipate service issues
- Efficiently answer to the client requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes)
- Establish relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level
- Ensure timely launch of new product introductions at our customers and minimize write offs and returns
- Record analyse and follow up the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns, etc.) in accordance with the Customer Service Manager, the logistic and the sales teams
The ideal candidate :
- Degree in the Humanities/Economics field;
- Excellent knowledge of English and French;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Excel knowledge is a plus;
- Good interpersonal skills, team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to simplify and prioritize to make sure the most pressing issues get accomplished first
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Metalmeccanico.
La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra €32.000 e €38.000 lordi annui, in base all’esperienza del candidato.
Mensa aziendale, smart working fino ad 8 giorni al mese.
