Customer Service Specialist (Protected Categories)


TASKS AND ACTIVITIES

  • promptly responde to customer queries via email, live chat and phone
  • immediately escalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with
  • liaise with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues
  • identify common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
  • obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
  • communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes
  • proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvements



REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer services
  • Familiarity with tools and customer services methodologies
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Belonging to Protected Categories ex Law 68/99
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
