Customer Service Specialist (Protected Categories)
TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
- promptly responde to customer queries via email, live chat and phone
- immediately escalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with
- liaise with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues
- identify common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
- obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
- communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes
- proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvements
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer services
- Familiarity with tools and customer services methodologies
- Strong customer orientation
- Belonging to Protected Categories ex Law 68/99
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- English: fluent
