Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Handle after-sales hotline support for the local market, assisting customers with resolving technical issues ranging from simple to moderately complex.
- Provide essential pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with customer managers in the local market to facilitate technical discussions with clients.
- When necessary, visit end customers to address specific complaints, communicate promptly with customers, and follow up on issues identified by the R&D team during on-site testing.
- Provide on-site technical support as needed, including installation training, troubleshooting, and introducing new products to customers.
Requirements:
- Educational background in science or engineering, with a preference for majors in electrical automation, electronics, or related fields.
- Fluent in spoken English and local languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with local clients.
- Willingness to travel when required (infrequently).
- Strong work ethic, responsibility, excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Preference given to candidates with study abroad experience.
- Prior experience in the residential energy storage or inverter industry is highly desirable.
