Customer Service Specialist | Internship

MSX International Group is the leading global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry, operating in more than 80 countries. As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries and communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

  • Answering customers inquiries
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing follow-ups
  • Optimizing follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Defining and implementing targeted sales strategies for individual dealers

About You

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Service Specialist has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, and:

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Fluent level of English
  • Previous experience in contact with customers is a huge plus
  • Great problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Experience planning complex schedules of activities
