Customer Service Specialist

Your key responsibilities
- Prepare data to support periodic call with the customers
- Update Report of Customer Service and KPIs
- Coordinate inner cross-functional meetings as part of the “Communication Improvement” project to identify and manage criticalities affecting the supply
- Coordinate the implementation of Products Line extension and products configuration Change
- Enter the Forecast and the orders in the system (Business on-going and New Business), according to standard contract time
- Collect Forecast (on-going and new business) to support the BUDGET and S&OP activities
- Analyse the request and send the order confirmation within contractual terms
- Monitor the customers’ orders until the shipment and re-schedule the shipping dates in accordance with the guidelines established from the Corporate (OTD)
- Analyse the causes in case of OTD failure and provide solutions to avoid a recurrence of the event
- Organize the products shipment and pick-up
- Maintain the Customer and the Product Master data
Your profile
- University degree in Economy or Management Engineering (preferred)
- Experience in Customer Service / Planning
- Knowledge the of Supply Chain process
- Knowledge of customer order management and demand analysis
- Experience in data analysis (Excel, ERP)
- Ability using Excel to process analysis, compare data and prepare graphics
- Ability to prepare power point presentations
- Fluent in English and Italian
- APICS certification (preferred)
- Sense of responsibility and perseverance
- Time management and planning skills and aptitude to respect deadlines
- Excellent listening and learning skill, with the ability to manage information
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations
