to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and help us set new industry standards for excellence.

Responsibilities:
Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns. Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary. Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.
Requirements:
Total availability for shifts 24h 7/7 Based in Italy C1/C2 in French ( both written and spoken) B1/B2 in English Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus Team spirit ! Previous experience with CRM systems
(e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
Extra information:
Part time / Full time The role is fixed-term for 6 months with possibilty to confirm in the role This role is shift-based and requires occasional
night and weekend shifts
