The company is mindful of the fact that quality products must be accompanied by excellent service in order to satisfy demanding consumers.Learn more about Triumph on:www.Triumph.Comwww.Facebook.Com/Triumph/www.Instagram.Com/Triumph/www.Linkedin.Com/company/triumph-international/Our Customer Success Department for our office in Segrate (MI) is looking forCustomer Service Specialist (Dutch/French/Danish Speaker) (f/m/d) (100%)This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Segrate (MI).Your Responsibilities:Perform excellent & pro-active track of orders and managing processes that are needed for fulfillment stageEnsure policies & procedures such as cancellations, returns, holds (reserved stock) are followed up with all relevant key stakeholders (e.G., CS, Sales, B&M, Finance)Ensure a clean Orderbook / Contract Orderbook which is managed pro-actively, ensure on time call-off’s (contracts), holds management (reserving of stock), follow up with Sales on time to deliver the holds, including tracking and maintenance of orders with the goal to deliver on time and in full according to set prioritiesHelp to resolve credit issues, minimize back orders, manage the remaining to zero through liaising with your counterparts within Finance and SalesFulfil all in- and outbound communication channels and drive pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center according to set KPIs, including the according reflection in the CRM system;
this might include Customer Order taking as well as Customer Complaint ManagementMaintain Customer Information ManagementBuild and maintain an excellent relationship with the national accounts and ensure an active communication flow with the sales account teamSupport monthly – or bi-monthly account meetings in which performance of the accounts are discussed and actions and priorities to improve our efficiency and effectiveness are definedIndependently identify and solve account issues related to product orders, deliveries, credit and returnsFocus on improving processes that have greatest impact on the business;
share best practices with colleagues in your team as well as other relevant stakeholdersYour ideal profile:1-3 years of experience in a relevant role (Must have) Excellent fluency in English and any of the following languages: Dutch / French / DanishItalian (nice to have)Experience with agile ways of working as an advantageExperience in working with data, analyzing figures, and producing reportsAccuracy and methodology in execution of operational tasksGood interpersonal and communication skills, showing a Customer-centered approachPlanning and organizational skills, including Time Management and the ability to prioritize and delegate when appropriateAnalytical skills, attention to details and numbers;
