Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage a portfolio of mainly Italian clients, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring a high level of service through effective order management and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer relationships, providing proactive support and updates.
• Manage the full order cycle in ERP (entry, monitoring, changes, delivery follow‑up).
• Coordinate with production, logistics, quality and finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage returns, non‑conformities and related customer communication.
• Support reporting activities (orders, KPIs, customer performance) and maintain data accuracy across systems and portals (e.g., SupplyOn).

Qualifications

• Native Italian speaker, fluent English (B2/C1).
• 2–3 years experience in customer service or order management.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
