Apply now for the position of Customer Service Sales Professional In Vivo - South Italy . In this role you will contribute to revenue and profit targets from the sale of maintenance contracts and services within the Customer Service portfolio in the assigned territory (South Italy) and help drive business growth and customer loyalty.

Your role

  • Direct Accountability: take full responsibility for revenue and profit targets related to maintenance contracts and Customer Service portfolio offerings within the assigned territory, in line with established targets.
  • Sales Support: assist in the preparation of commercial proposals in collaboration with the CS Offering team.
  • Pipeline Management: manage the service sales opportunity funnel and monitor the status of negotiations.
  • Win/Loss Analysis: systematically analyze win/loss activities to identify trends, competitive levels, and areas for improvement.
  • CRM Utilization: use corporate CRM tools in a structured manner for activity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams (Service, Operations, Finance) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and achievement of shared goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: monitor commercial KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.
