We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Supply Chain team at our Aprilia site. This is an on-site role within a structured and collaborative manufacturing environment, where you will manage customer orders, coordinate with internal departments, and contribute to service quality, operational continuity, and compliance in a regulated pharmaceutical setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage customer order intake, review order details, and ensure accurate system entry.
- Monitor the full order cycle from receipt through delivery, helping to ensure service reliability and agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in company systems in line with internal procedures and operational KPIs.
- Work closely with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Shipping, Administration, and other internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.
- Provide day-to-day support to customers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up on requests and issues.
- Support traceability, complaint handling, and compliance activities in accordance with applicable regulations and internal quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience in a manufacturing site, pharmaceutical environment, or other regulated industry would be an advantage.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a structured environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a practical and collaborative approach.
- Good command of English and Italian language.
- Familiarity with quality systems, traceability requirements, and customer service standards is desirable.
