This is a 6 months Internship,

Fluent level of English and Italian is required,

You are living in Milan,


**YOUR MISSION**

As a Customer Service Office Intern you will be providing support to the rest of your teammates on delivering first class customer experience.

You will be part of a proactive and effective team as key contact for customers in their journey with CHEP, with the extraordinary opportunity of improving your skills in asset productivity and customer support.


** YOUR GOALS **


  • Take preventive and proactive action to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized .


  • Management of Mailboxes and inbound/outbound calls management with particular focus to SMEs.


  • Support the team in Customer Experience initiatives.


  • Account Analysis and Control – Using specific tools: undertake account analysis to identify trends in customer activity and possible deviations on asset productivity . Using BW, track account stocks and flows, such identify issues on declarations of equipment movements.


  • Manage administrative tasks using SAP and local tool.
