We are looking for a Customer Service Junior to join our team. This role requires not only operational case management but also structured analysis of customer interactions, service workflows, and performance metrics to identify root causes and optimization opportunities. Data interpretation skills, and the ability to connect customer feedback with operational impact are essential for success in this position.


Main activities & accountabilities:


  • Constant update of arena information on Amazon portals
  • Daily management of order receipt and confirmation for both daily and seasonal orders
  • Monitoring of delivery timing to the customers, supported by the Supply Chain team
  • Periodic check of stock availability and update of arena catalogue of products to be sold
  • Support monitoring in payments receiving
  • Control and monitoring of received penalties
  • Contribute for returned goods management


Requirements:


  • Master Degree in Economics
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel
  • Propositive attitude and focus on customers
  • Systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multi-task and teamwork
  • Keen on e-commerce platforms
